LinkedIn Buys Bizo For $175 million

7/23/14 - Stepping further into the b-to-b ecosystem, LinkedIn has bought Bizo for $175 million, 10 percent of that in stock and the rest in cash. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter. LinkedIn says it will integrate Bizo's Media Solutions and Multi-Channel Nurturing products, but not its data solutions business. Read More.
